How do I find the right size?
Please choose your size carefully! We understand that every garment can have slightly different fits—the cut or material often influences whether a garment fits looser or more fitted.
To make your choice easier, we provide a size chart for each product in the product description.
Here's how to proceed:

- Choose a piece of clothing from your wardrobe that has a similar style.
- Lay the garment flat and measure it carefully.
- Compare your measurements with those in our size chart.
Our models are usually around 170 cm tall and usually wear size S. This information also serves as a guide.
What can I do if I can't find the right clothing?
Have you found a dress you like, but the size isn't perfect, or you're unsure if the style suits you? No problem—we're happy to help!

How long does shipping take?
The delivery time is usually 4-10 working days .
Please note that orders placed on weekends (Saturday or Sunday) may take longer to process, as our business hours are Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM and Saturday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM . Orders placed on weekends will be processed starting the next business day .
During peak season (e.g. Christmas) there may be delays, so we recommend ordering in good time.
What happens if I don't like an article?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange the item(s) within 14 days of receipt. Please contact us first before initiating a return so we can assist you further.
Who covers the return costs?
The buyer is responsible for returning the goods within the scope of the statutory right of withdrawal. We recommend using a shipping method that offers tracking to simplify the return process. Please note that we will only refund the purchase price of the returned items. Since your order was shipped free of charge, shipping costs will not be refunded.
